Include your iPhone model, iOS version, LashMemo version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send real client photos or personal data.

Getting started

  1. Add a client and save their contact details or pinned note.
  2. Start a session from the client record.
  3. Record service type, visit date, style, diameter, and product or adhesive.
  4. Select each eye and record length and curl for all five zones.
  5. Review the change summary and confirm the actual parameters used.
  6. Save the session to add it to the client’s history.

Lash maps

Each eye runs from inner corner Z1 to outer corner Z5. The client’s right and left eyes are stored independently. You can copy one eye to the other after confirming the replacement. Reusing a previous set copies the plan and product candidate only; it does not copy the previous observations, photos, date, or confirmation state.

Photos and backups

Photos are selected through the system photo picker, downsampled, and stored locally. Backups are JSON files you choose to export through the system Files picker. Restore accepts a LashMemo backup and rejects conflicting clients rather than overwriting newer records.

Free clients and purchase

LashMemo keeps up to five clients free. A one-time non-consumable purchase unlocks unlimited clients. There is no subscription. Existing clients remain editable, viewable, and exportable regardless of purchase status.

To restore a purchase, open LashMemo Settings and choose Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Deleting data

Delete clients inside LashMemo. Removing the app deletes its local app container. Exported backup files must be deleted separately from wherever you saved them.

Privacy

LashMemo does not create an account, automatically upload client records, request location access, or include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Read the full Privacy Policy.
