LashMemo Privacy Policy

Summary

LashMemo is an offline-first iPhone record book. The developer does not operate an account system or server for client records and does not receive the client names, contact details, notes, lash maps, photos, or backups you create in the app.

Information stored on your device

You may enter or create client names and contact details; pinned notes; service dates, types, styles, diameters, products, and observations; right-eye and left-eye zone lengths and curls; before, after, and historical reference photos; and JSON backup files you choose to export. This information is stored locally in the app container unless you explicitly export or share it.

Photos

LashMemo requests access only when you choose photos through the system photo picker. Selected photos are downsampled and stored locally for the relevant client or visit. LashMemo does not scan the photo library automatically or upload photos.

Sharing and backups

Backups leave LashMemo only through the system Files picker when you choose a destination. You are responsible for the recipients and storage locations you select. Backup files are not encrypted separately by LashMemo.

Purchases

LashMemo uses Apple StoreKit for an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited clients. Apple processes payment and purchase restoration. LashMemo receives verified entitlement information from StoreKit; the developer does not receive payment-card details.

Collection, tracking, advertising, and analytics

LashMemo does not include third-party advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated account system. The app does not track you across apps or websites. Network access is used for StoreKit purchase and restore operations.

This website

This website describes LashMemo and provides support information. It does not include advertising or analytics scripts. The site is hosted using Tencent CloudBase; the hosting provider may process necessary network information such as IP address, request time, and requested path to deliver and secure the pages. This is separate from the data stored by the LashMemo iOS app.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them in LashMemo or remove the app. Removing the app deletes its local app container, subject to iOS behavior and any device backup you maintain. Exported backup files must be deleted from their chosen locations separately.

Children

LashMemo is a business tool and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated before the revised policy is published.
