China policy data feed (free JSON)
Every morning we scan nine Shanghai government sources for grant and subsidy notices. The result — around 150 notices, with source, publication date, deadline where published, and a link to the original Chinese notice — is published here as a free JSON file, updated daily at 08:00 China time.

Built for AI agents
The feed is plain JSON over HTTPS, so any agent, workflow tool or LLM with HTTP access can read it. Example instructions:
Fetch https://shituapp.com/dot/api/programs.json and list every
program whose isOpen is true, sorted by deadline. For each, output
title, deadline, daysLeft and the official URL.MCP users: wrap this URL in a "fetch" or "http" tool — no scraper needed. Chinese notice text is not translated here; the original is authoritative.

FAQ
Is the data official?
It is an aggregation of notices published by official Shanghai government bodies. Every record links to the original Chinese notice, which is authoritative; we do not alter the notice text.
How often is the feed updated?
Every morning around 08:10 China time. The JSON file is regenerated and redeployed, so the URL stays stable.
Is the feed free?
The full public JSON feed is free and needs no key. Paid tiers add filtering, delivery by email or webhook, a higher quota and an optional white-label digest.
Can I request specific districts or keywords?
Yes. Custom feeds start at $99/month and are scoped by email before activation.
Are the notices translated?
Titles and excerpts are in the original Chinese. English summaries and structuring are included in the daily brief and in custom feeds.
How do I use it with an AI agent?
Any agent with HTTP access can fetch the JSON directly. A machine-readable site summary is at /dot/llms.txt. No scraper is needed.

All notices are public government information, republished with a link to the original. We make no warranty about completeness or parsing accuracy — confirm with the official Chinese notice before acting. Attribution to Shanghai Subsidy Radar is appreciated but not required.

Payments are one-time (no automatic charge); we email you three days before expiry so you can renew. Keys are issued manually for now, so we can scope the filters with you first. The public feed stays free — the paid tiers buy filtering, delivery into your workflow, and a higher quota.
