## What this is

Every morning we scan nine official Shanghai government sources (science & technology commission, commerce commission, human resources bureau, development & reform commission, IP office, transport commission, municipal government portal and others) and publish the notices as structured JSON. Each record links to the official Chinese notice, which is authoritative.
